JERUSALEM — Israel has claimed its special forces captured the head of Hamas’s internal security service in a ground operation in Gaza on Tuesday. Israel’s military and Shin Bet security service said a special forces unit arrested the man in Gaza City on Tuesday and then took him to Israel for questioning. RIYADH — A resident was arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Research Department of the Riyadh Region Police for making statements during a livestream that were deemed offensive to public morals and religious values and insulting to women. The department said the remarks constituted offenses punishable under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law. DUBAI — Iran has accused the United States of bombing a residetial home hosting a wedding celebration in the southern county of Sirik, killing at least five people, including a child, and wounding more than 60 others.
