RIYADH — The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has outlined the regulations and conditions for employees to be eligible for availing of Hajj leave. The ministry clarified that employees are entitled to paid leave ranging between 10 and 15 days, including Eid al-Adha holidays, provided they have completed two consecutive years of service with their employer. RIYADH — Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Al-Khereiji and Deputy Foreign Minister of Türkiye Ambassador Musa Kulaklikaya co-chaired on Tuesday, via videoconference, the second meeting of the Political and Diplomatic Committee, under the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council.During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to further enhance bilateral relations. RIYADH — The risk awareness index among workers aged 18 years and above has reached 76.7 percent, according to the results of the 2025 Health and Safety at Workplace Statistics bulletin, released on Tuesday by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT). The findings showed that the rate of occupational injuries among workers aged 15 years and above recorded 245 non-fatal injuries and 1.3 fatal injuries per 100,000 workers, excluding road traffic accident injuries. DUBAI, 28th April, 2026 (WAM) — Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), announced that DEWA has set a new world record for the lowest electricity customer minutes lost (CML), at just 0.82 minutes (about 49 seconds) per year.
