RIYADH — The Ministry of Interior launched a new security awareness initiative, “Balagh,” on Sunday, Oct. 4, to foster a culture of reporting that may affect community security and strengthen community partnerships in support of public safety.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of security reports and introduce methods for submitting them through Unified Security Operations Centers (911) and the “Kollona Amn” application, encouraging community members to participate in reporting to help prevent risks and ensure a swift response.

Open to individuals and entities in both the public and private sectors for 60 days, the initiative invites participants to submit innovative ideas and produce awareness content, including video clips, infographic designs, and visual and written media reports highlighting the role of security reporting in protecting society.

The initiative is being implemented in cooperation with Arabian Contracting Services to deliver awareness messages through innovative methods aligned with modern media channels.
