MADRID — Spanish police said on Tuesday they arrested a 25-year-old man who allegedly killed his parents and injured four others, including his seven-month-old son, in a shooting overnight in the southern city of El Ejido, near Almería. The four injured were hospitalized and in a serious condition, the Guardia Civil force said in a statement. As well as the suspect’s son, the injured included a man, a woman and another minor. GENEVA — The head of the World Health Organization said on Tuesday that he was “deeply concerned about the scale and speed” of the Ebola outbreak spreading in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, as the suspected death toll in Congo climbed to over 130 people.
