RIYADH — Funeral prayer was offered for the martyrs of the Saudi Aramco helicopter crash at Al-Furqan Mosque in Dammam after Asr prayer on Monday.

Those who attended the funeral prayer included Emir of the Eastern Province Prince Saud bin Naif, Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, and Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province Prince Saud bin Bandar and Saudi Aramco Chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan. A large number of Saudi Aramco officials, employees, relatives of the deceased and citizens attended the funeral prayer.

Prince Saud bin Naif extended his sincere condolences to the
families of the deceased. He prayed to God Almighty to accept them into His vast mercy, reward them abundantly for their dedication and devotion in performing their duty, grant their families patience and solace, and perpetuate the security and stability of the nation under its wise leadership.

All the 14 Saudi citizens on board the helicopter were killed after the copter, operated by Saudi Aramco, crashed in Ras Tanura on Sunday morning.
