MAKKAH — The comprehensive national application Tawakkalna enabled pilgrims and personnel working during the Hajj season of 2026 to access government services related to Hajj in 19 international languages.

This initiative formed part of an integrated digital ecosystem led by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), with the objective of facilitating the pilgrims’ journey and enhancing their digital experience from the moment of their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.

The Tawakkalna app offers over 1,300 digital services in collaboration with more than 350 government entities, across various categories including health, education, justice, tourism, professional, and entertainment services.

This effort reflects the broader drive to integrate advanced technology across service providers during the Hajj season through smart solutions that streamline procedures and elevate the quality of services delivered to pilgrims in Makkah, the holy sites, and Madinah.

The languages available through the Tawakkalna app include Arabic, English, Indonesian, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, French, Bengali, Persian, Malay, Russian, Chinese, Filipino, German, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, addressing the diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds of pilgrims.

The app enables pilgrims to conveniently access and display their Hajj permits electronically through integration with Tasreeh Platform, the unified digital platform for Hajj permits. It also allows users to view a variety of permits issued by government entities, including the Hajj permit card, permits for entry into Makkah, and permits related to work, volunteering, and vehicles.

The Tawakkalna app boasts over 35 million users and continues to play a leading role as a national platform supporting digital transformation and improving quality of life, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Doyof Al-Rahman Service Program.

The app serves as a comprehensive digital platform that supports pilgrims throughout their daily journeys, offering a smoother and more reassuring experience through seamless access to government services and integration with multiple digital platforms.
