RIYADH — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia’s strongest condemnation and denunciation of the infiltration carried out by an armed group from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran into Kuwait’s Bubiyan Island, with the aim of carrying out hostile acts against Kuwait.

The ministry reiterated the Kingdom’s categorical rejection of such hostilities that violate the sovereignty of Kuwait, which constitute a clear breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations. It affirms that these violations undermine international efforts aimed at restoring security and stability in the region.

The ministry also expressed the Kingdom’s solidarity with Kuwait, its government and people. Saudi Arabia also reaffirmed its full support for all measures taken by Kuwait to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability of the country and its people.
