MAKKAH — The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the departure of the last group of pilgrims, marking the conclusion of the 2026 Hajj season.

Pilgrims were supported by an integrated system of services from their arrival in Saudi Arabia until their departure through the Kingdom’s land, sea, and airports, enabling them to perform their rituals in ease and comfort. The ministry said the Hajj season was supported by the Saudi government’s continued commitment to serving pilgrims and enhancing the quality of services provided to them.

The ministry also highlighted the coordinated efforts of government and service entities under the oversight of Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif.

The ministry said its services remained in place until the last pilgrim departed. They were delivered through an integrated operational, digital, and field system providing guidance, care, monitoring, awareness, and on-site support.
