e& UAE recently announced the launch of NetSecure360, a network assessment, management and security platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE protect their IT operations, identify vulnerabilities and access expert technical support at competitive value.

NetSecure360 helps small and medium-sized businesses identify and monitor network performance issues and security vulnerabilities that could affect day-to-day operations. The offering gives businesses greater visibility into their network environment alongside access to specialised support around the clock.

Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President, SMB, at e& UAE, said: “For many small and medium-sized businesses, network and security vulnerabilities can disrupt operations, affect revenue and weaken customer confidence. NetSecure360 offers a user-friendly, hassle-free approach that empowers businesses to understand their risks, strengthen their network environment and access ongoing protection without having to build a specialist team of their own. We are making advanced network management and security more accessible, helping SMBs operate with greater confidence and resilience as they grow”.

In its initial phase, NetSecure360 introduces two core solutions:

    • NetAssess360 evaluates an organisation’s network infrastructure, helping businesses understand network performance gaps, configuration issues and areas that may require improvement.
    • Manage360 provides SMBs with access to a dedicated IT helpdesk, offering responsive technical assistance and ongoing operational support.

Recent research by Optro found that 59 per cent of UAE organisations lost more than US$500,000 due to operational disruptions over the past two years, including those linked to IT and cloud service failures. As the UAE continues to advance its digital economy and accelerate digital transformation, reliable network management is becoming increasingly important to help organisations adopt new technologies, minimise disruption and support growth.

NetSecure360 is designed to support business continuity by helping organisations reduce operational risk, protect critical systems and secure revenue. Its managed approach saves valuable time for businesses that do not have dedicated IT teams, while scalable service options allow support to develop alongside changing operational needs.

SMBs can begin by registering for a NetAssess360 network assessment. Businesses may also request a consultation with the e& UAE team before subscribing to Manage360 for ongoing technical support.
