RIYADH — Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman said Saudi Vision 2030 has maintained its development momentum and delivered major achievements despite global volatility and economic and political disruptions over the past decade.

The Crown Prince, who also chairs the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, said the Vision’s progress was driven by strategic planning and disciplined fiscal policies built on flexibility and a proactive approach to future challenges and opportunities.

His remarks came as the council reviewed the achievements of Vision 2030 on Monday as the national transformation strategy enters its third and final phase in 2026.

The Crown Prince said the final phase, running through 2030, marks the peak implementation stage for national programs and strategies, with transformation tools reaching their highest levels of readiness.

He said Vision 2030 remains on track to achieve its goals by consolidating national, economic and social transformation gains while intensifying efforts to accelerate delivery.

The Crown Prince added that Vision 2030, under the guidance of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has delivered a qualitative shift in Saudi Arabia’s development journey through broad and tangible transformation across the economy, services, infrastructure, logistics and social life.

He said the final five-year phase will maintain focus on long-term goals while adapting execution methods to meet the needs of the stage ahead, helping sustain progress and prosperity and placing Saudi Arabia among the world’s most advanced nations.

The Crown Prince stressed that the Vision’s most important investment since launch has been — and will remain — Saudi men and women through training, performance development, raising efficiency and strengthening their competitiveness globally.

He also directed government entities to continue their efforts, identify and seize opportunities, and deliver all that serves the nation, citizens and the Saudi economy.

The Crown Prince praised the achievements of recent years, saying they had produced comprehensive and sustainable national development that placed the Saudi citizen at the center of progress while aiming for global leadership across multiple sectors.
