MINA — In the heart of the holy sites, the Civil Defense Command and Control Center is driving real-time situational awareness and rapid response through an advanced suite of tech-driven systems.

Utilizing a matrix of performance indicators, geospatial mapping, and drone-based risk analysis, the center monitors field operations, documents incidents, and deploys immediate digital solutions to ensure the safety of pilgrims during the 2026 Hajj.

Civil Defense spokesperson Col. Mohammed Al-Hammadi emphasized that the center serves as a vital pillar for field operations by analyzing data and seamlessly integrating communication between regional commanders, field teams, and participating security agencies.

This high-tech framework, paired with qualified national expertise, allows for accelerated decision-making and swift emergency response, reflecting the Kingdom’s commitment to maximizing safety and efficiency at the holy sites.
