RIYADH — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from his Kuwaiti counterpart following Iran’s recent attacks on Kuwait and other countries in the region. RIYADH — The Communications, Space and Technology Commission’s (CST) Internet 2025 report revealed that 45.2 percent of internet users in Saudi Arabia have adopted artificial intelligence tools. The commission’s fifth edition of the report reviews the evolution of the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure, highlighting key internet usage trends and the rapid adoption of emerging technologies. Rajiv Meherish, founder and CEO of Dubai-based retro-chic restaurant chain Raju Omlet, passed away on Sunday. Meherish launched Raju Omlet in 2013, turning a humble concept centred around egg-based dishes into a popular homegrown brand. DAMASCUS — Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa on Sunday announced a series of senior security appointments, naming new leaders for the National Security Bureau and the General Intelligence Service as part of efforts to strengthen the country’s security institutions.
