Fresh hyperscale agreement builds on 2024 breakthrough and validates DirectFlash technology advantage

Dubai — Everpure has announced a design win and supply agreement with a second top-five hyperscaler, marking a fresh milestone in the company’s push into large-scale cloud infrastructure.

Building on the landmark hyperscaler deal it announced in late 2024, the agreement reinforces Everpure’s technological leadership and software-driven approach to data storage. Charles Giancarlo, Chairman and CEO of Everpure, said the win reflects growing recognition of the economic, operational, and performance advantages of the company’s DirectFlash technology over legacy storage architectures.

DirectFlash, Everpure’s software-powered technology, is designed to optimise hyperscale storage by giving providers a consistent, unified architecture across multiple performance tiers of their storage hierarchy.

The company says the approach delivers unmatched density, performance, and reliability, allowing hyperscalers to cut operational costs while freeing up power and rack space for AI and next-generation workloads.

Giancarlo described the win as validation of a fundamentally more advanced architecture than legacy alternatives, positioning DirectFlash as a new benchmark for efficiency and density in data storage at scale.

According to a Q&A document released alongside the announcement, Everpure has not disclosed the identity of the customer, though it confirmed the client sits among the top five global hyperscalers. Only a minimal revenue contribution is expected in fiscal year 2027, with a significant contribution anticipated from fiscal year 2028 onward, ramping in subsequent years. Gross margins for the Hyperscale product line are expected to remain within the previously guided range of 75 to 85 percent.

Everpure said the agreement follows the same product structure as its earlier hyperscaler deal, comprising software and non-NAND components booked as product revenue, ratable subscription-based support services, and spares revenue. The customer will source NAND and related hardware modules through its own supply chain.

Executives noted the deal adds further momentum to the company’s hyperscale growth strategy, with additional detail on fiscal 2027 guidance expected during Everpure’s Q2 earnings call on 26 August 2026.

Everpure describes itself as a company enabling organisations to take control of their data through an evolving storage and data management platform, aimed at making data accessible, intelligent, and AI-ready while reducing energy consumption
