Nestlé Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of the “Nestlé Academy” program, following the completion of the program by 15 male and female students.

This milestone reflects the company’s deep commitment to empowering national talent, investing in Saudi human capital, and strengthening its role as an active partner in achieving national development goals.

The training program aims to develop their skills and enhance their readiness to enter the labor market, It was held from May 3 to 14, 2026, and included theoretical training and practical applications, in addition to providing computers for the trainees and organizing field visits that allowed participants to observe work environments and their requirements, giving them an experience closer to the professional reality.

The program also focused on introducing participants to career opportunities in the fields of local manufacturing, supply chains, and modern warehouse management, thereby enhancing their understanding of the vital role these sectors play in supporting food security and the sustainability of supply chains within the Kingdom.

The program included an awareness-raising session presented by the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) on career guidance, through a comprehensive course on vocational training and empowerment, with the aim of raising participants’ awareness of career paths, labor market requirements, and career development mechanisms.

These efforts have also helped empower Saudi youth to make informed career decisions and build sustainable career paths that align with the needs of the growing national economy.

This program reflects Nestlé’s commitment, as a global company adhering to leading international standards, to supporting local content and promoting the localization of jobs by investing in national talent and creating quality opportunities for Saudi youth across various fields, particularly in local manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics.

Robert Helou, CEO of Nestlé Saudi Arabia, said: “We are delighted to graduate the tenth cohort of the Nestlé Academy program and to see the commitment and engagement the participants have demonstrated throughout the training period. At Nestlé, we believe that empowering young people starts with providing them with practical, real-world experience that helps them develop their skills and opens up broader opportunities for learning and professional development, in partnership with relevant national entities.”

He added: “At Nestlé Saudi Arabia, we are committed to being part of the national development ecosystem by empowering local talent, supporting manufacturing within the Kingdom, and developing expertise in critical areas such as supply chains, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the national economy.”
