RIYADH — Saudi Arabia expressed its strongest condemnation of the illegal incursion by the Israeli occupation government’s prime minister into Syrian territory, describing it as a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday, the Kingdom denounced the incursion as a clear breach of international law.

Saudi Arabia stressed the importance of halting Israeli violations and transgressions against Syrian territory and adhering to the 1974

Disengagement Agreement, in a manner that preserves the security and stability of the region.

The Kingdom also reaffirmed its support for Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
